At NIYA, we take pride in the professionalism and expertise of our staff. All of our estheticians are fully licensed, having met and surpassed the stringent requirements set by the state board. This licensing ensures that each esthetician has completed the necessary education and training, and has passed all relevant examinations to practice safely and effectively.

For most services, we highly recommend a consultation prior to your first treatment — especially for injectables, laser services, Morpheus8, and corrective treatments. This allows our team to assess your skin, understand your goals, and customize a treatment plan that’s safe and effective for you. Some beauty services like brows and facials may not require a consultation, but one can always be added by request.

At NIYA, we understand that schedules can change and unexpected events occur, but in order to provide the best services to all our clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
Notice Period:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot with clients on our waiting list.How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us directly at 305.605.6492 or manage your booking through our online client portal.Late Cancellations/No Shows:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to show up for your scheduled appointment, will incur a cancellation fee of $50.This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or, in certain circumstances, added to your account to be paid at your next visit.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive your full service time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply.Reminder Service:
As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to track your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.Policy Acknowledgment:
By booking an appointment at NIYA, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to our cancellation policy. This policy allows us to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients.
